Tommy Parsons - EHS Class of 1967

Tommy Troy Parsons passed away on August 24, 2018 at Erlanger Medical Center. He was born on February 27, 1948 in Murray County. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mamie Jo Whitfield Parsons and Rembert Parsons; sisters, Peggy and Barbara Parsons; and brothers, Travis Bud, Jerry, and Emmett Parsons.

He is survived by his daughters, Leigh Ann Parsons of Tunnel Hill and Lynn Denise Sertcelik (Esat) of Dalton; brother, Douglas Parsons (Susan) of Trenton; very special friend, Peggy Chastain of Chatsworth; sisters-in-law, Kathy Parsons of Hixson and Margaret Parsons of Dalton; granddaughter, Ayla Kate Sertcelik; dog, Pinky; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is also survived by the mother of his children, Beneta Parsons of Chatsworth.
