Mrs. Kathie Sue Cochran, 57, of the Dawnville community, passed away Thursday, Sept. 15, 2011, in the Erlanger Medical Center.

She was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church.

Kathie was preceded in death by her father, James Robert Withrow; her mother, Pauline Jewell Souther Withrow.

Survivors include her husband, Halbert Cochran of the residence; son and daughter-in-law, Jeremiah and Lori Cochran of the Dawnville community; daughter and son-in-law, Halicia and Randall Parks of Dalton; grandchildren, Kiah and Lila Cochran, Josh Windom, Caleb Windom, Sally Windom, T. J. Sells, and Cheyden Parks; nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Kathie are today at 4 p.m. at Lakeview Baptist Church with the Rev. Gene Ratcliff, the Rev. Donnie Flood, and the Rev. Gene Thomas officiating.  Interment will be in Little Prospect Cemetery.

The family received friends at the funeral home Saturday.
