Mr. Johnny Lee Gravitt, 62, of Dalton, departed this life on Thursday, July 16, 2015, at his residence.

Johnny was born in Warren, Ohio, to the late Johnny P. Gravitt and Margaret Starks Gravitt. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Larry Gravitt, and sister, Cheryl Ann Gravitt.

Johnny worked many years at Coronet Industries and finished up his employment with J&J Industries. Johnny smiled often, brought laughter to many and loved life.

Mr. Johnny Lee Gravitt is survived by his son, Jeffery Gravitt of Dalton; the mother of his son, Brenda Johnson Gravitt of Dalton; brothers, Richard and Peggy Gravitt, Donald Gravitt, both of Dalton, Vann Gravitt of Kentucky; nieces, Jessica, Brittany, Kristen, Stephanie, Dana, Andrea, Amber, Emily, Samantha and Cloe; nephew, Spencer; and many cousins.
