Mrs. Beth Aniece Kilgore Shropshire, 52, of Dalton, passed away Monday, April 25, 2011, at Hamilton Medical Center.

She was a member of the Baptist faith and was employed with Dalton Heritage Head Start.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Levi, Sr. and Mrs. Catherine White Kilgore; and her sister, Mrs. Dorothy Lawton.

Survivors are her loving family; husband, Mr. Roy Dean Shropshire; daughter, Ms. Starla Patrice Shropshire; son, Mr. Trey Deon Shropshire of Rocky Face; sister, Mrs. Eileen Shoemaker of Kennesaw; brothers, Mr. Levi (Stacie) Kilgore, Jr. and Mr. Paul Kilgore of Rocky Face; uncle, Mr. Wayne (Nancy) White; mother-in-law, Mrs. Mary Shropshire; brother-in-law, Mr. Larry Shropshire; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Services are Saturday at 2 p.m. with Pastor Windell Smith and other ministers officiating.

Her remains will lie at the funeral home Friday after 11 a.m.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.
