Mrs. Brenda Dianne Dixon, 53, of Merritt Island, Florida and formerly of Dalton, Ga., passed away on March 3, 2013 at a local hospital in Merritt Island, Florida.

Brenda was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Hobbs and mother Tiny Baty Hobbs.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Gary Dixon of Merritt Island, Florida. Brenda is also survived by daughters, Mallory and Ben Hosmer, Krista and Dustin Shelton, all of Merritt Island, Florida and Heather Dixon of Fort Worth, Texas.  Brenda is also survived by eight grandchildren, sister Sarah and Richard Green of Dalton, Georgia; brothers, Roger and Vickie Hobbs of Chatsworth, Georgia, Labron Hobbs of Dalton, Ga, Larry and Vickie Hobbs of Calhoun, Georgia, Walton and Connie Hobbs of Cohutta, Georgia and Johnny and Wyvonne Hobbs of Carrolton, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services to celebrate the life of Brenda will be held, Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Grace Methodist Church, located in Merritt Island, Florida.
