Deborah Bramlett - Class Of 1970

Debbie Bramlett Griffith

Debbie (Bramlett) Griffith, 62, of Hoover, Ala., and formerly of Dalton, walked into the arms of Jesus and joined the heavenly choir on Monday, Oct. 27, 2014.


She was an active member of the Hunter Street Baptist Church choir ministry. She was also a retired elementary teacher of 20-plus years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and a friend to all.
She is preceded in death by her father, Earl Wood Bramlett Sr.


She is survived by her husband, Rick L. Griffith; son, Jason Griffith; daughter, Jennifer Sides (David); grandchildren, Isabelle and Sam; mother, Bettie Bramlett; brother, Earl Wood Bramlett Jr. (Sheila); and niece, Emily Bramlett.


A visitation will be held Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. at Love Funeral Home.The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.


In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of Central Alabama, P.O. Box 2273, Birmingham, AL 35201;www.alzca.org; or Hunter Street Baptist Church.
Arrangements are by Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home in Hoover, Ala.

Rhonda Bramblett (Payne) (1970)

Debbie was a beautiful, intelligent, outgoing person.  Honored to call her

my friend.  Although I had lost touch with Debbie over the years, I 

still thought about her often.  RIP Debbie.
