Patricial (Pat) Poulin

Pat Poulin passed away on Jan. 8th after a long battle with a blood disease. A special education teacher, she was
a long-time resident of Pleasant Hill and Concord before retiring to Sonoma County. She was preceded in death by
the love of her life, husband Art Poulin. She is survived by her daughters Shelley, Kari, and Stacey; 5 grandchildren and 3
great-grandchildren.
