Robert "Bob" Wagner, age 67 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, March 1, 2025. Bob was preceeded in death by his parents, Donald and Phyllis, his older brother, Don Jr., and nephews, Matt and Sean.
He leaves to carry on, the love of his life, his wife of nearly 30 years, Sandy; sisters, Debbie and Cathy, brother and best friend, Bill (Theresa), his adored daughter, Sara (Tessa), step-daughter, Shona (Tim), step-son, Tony (Amy), his buddies...grandsons Anthony and Nicholas, nephews Bill Jr., Andy, Brett, a niece, Diane and a troop of little great nephews. And friends....Bob had so many great friends. Some from as long ago as gradeschool. Larry, Kurt, Bir, Terry, Bobby, Chop, Bubby, Chad, Barb, Pam, Tim, Dennis, Herb, Russ, Jason......and so so many more. The list goes on and on. You were all very important to him.
Bob was a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was retired from Job and Family Services. A member of the North Dayton Anglers and Conservation Club, the Milton Athletic Club, American Legion, VFW and the AmVets.
He loved to fish, take roadtrips with his wife, hunt with his friends, Nascar, trying out a new recipe and was a life time fan of the Cleveland Browns (who's sure to win the big game one day.)
To say Bob was "one of the good guys" is an understatement. He was the best and there are no words to express how much he was loved and will be missed.
We will cry because you're gone...but we can also smile because you lived.
