Andrew Jon Paulk, 33, of Titusville, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2007 as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Jon was born in Daytona Beach March 20, 1973. He grew up in Ormond Beach and graduated from Mainland High School in 1992. After graduation, he completed the IBEW Local Union Apprenticeship Program and graduated as a Journeyman Wireman. He worked with several local electrical contractors and spent his last years working at Cape Canaveral with his good friends at C & R Electric. In his youth Jon grew up hunting, camping, fishing and surfing. In recent years, he enjoyed offshore fishing, hunting, four wheeling, motorcycling, playing poker, NASCAR (especially Dale Sr. and Jr.), Tampa Bay football and anything that allowed him to spend time with his family and friends but most of all he enjoyed fishing with his dad and welding with his mom. He loved making people laugh and always enjoyed a good practical joke. Jon was always the first person you could call when you needed help and was known to his friends and family as a good friend and dependable guy. Jon is survived by his wife, Cheri; and his three beloved beagles, Buddy, KC and Roxy, Titusville; his mother, Christine Lemmond, Daytona Beach; his father and stepmother, Paul and Patti Paulk, DeLand; his sisters, Tanya Paulk, Ormond Beach, and Rebecca Cox, DeLand; and one niece, Kacie Cox, also of DeLand. A celebration of Jon's life will be Saturday, February 10, from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the IBEW Union Hall, 5901 South Williamson Boulevard, Port Orange. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to a local hospice of one's choice. He will be missed. Arrangements are entrusted to East Coast Cremation, Rockledge.

Jon was the best friend a girl could ever ask for. My heart will forever be broken and hold a special place for him until we meet again. I miss you my friend, so very, very much.
