WILEY WAS MY VERY BEST FRIEND IN HIGH SSHOOL AND THROUGH THE YEARS AFTERWARD. HE AND HIS WIFE MARTEEN AND THEIR FAMILY BECAME  TRUE BLESSINGS FROM GOD. WILEY WAS A TRUE AND FAITHFUL CHRISTIAN MAN WHO LOVED AND SERVED HIS LORD, FAMILY , FRIENDS AND THOSE THAT HE CARED FOR WORKING WITH THE DISASTER GROUP THAT HE AND MARTEEN WERE INVOLVED WITH. THEY WENT WHEREVER THERE WAS A NEED, EVEN TO FAR AWAY COUNTRIES. HE WAS A WONDERFUL MAN AND LOVED BY SO MANY. I KNOW THAT HE IS WITH HIS SAVIOR AND REAPING HIS REWARDS.
