John Lawrence Hornibrook, 56, born and raised in Decatur, passed away January 14, 2007 of natural causes. He is survived by his wife, Stephanie Hornibrook; his sons, Brandon, Zachary, and Andrew; his brothers Mike, Scott, Chris and his wife Melina; aunt, Barbara Shakelford; cousins, Peggy Ware and Doug Shakelford; nephews, Brad and Christopher; and niece, Melanie. Private funeral services for the family will be held at Decatur Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:30 pm on Saturday, January 20, 2007 at A. S. Turner and Sons in Decatur.
