WILMINGTON - Herbert "Herbie" Robert Coombs Jr., 43, died Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2013. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 11, at Rivermont Baptist Church, and other times at the home of his parents.
