Victor Martin Cooper, 46, War Admiral Drive, DeLand, died Monday at a job site in Seminole County. Mr. Cooper, a 1977 graduate of DeLand High School, was born in Muskegon, Mich., and moved to the area in 1971. Victor was a Godly man, devoted husband, and loving father.
