Brent E. Stevenson, 38, of Delaware and formerly of Columbus died peacefully Monday morning at Riverside Hospital in Columbus following many months of failing health.

He was a graduate of Buckeye Valley High School. A multi-faceted and talented man, Brent knew his way around the kitchen being an excellent cook and enjoyed gardening and making crafts.  He always had a smile on his face, was friendly, funny, and never met anyone who didn’t like and enjoy him.

Brent was born March 11, 1980 in Delaware to Michael D. and Sheryl L. Morse Stevenson.  He is survived by his parents; a brother Mark A. (Veronica L.) Stevenson of Columbus; nephews Ryan Bolden and Jordan Bolden; and his canine friend Dingo.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm Friday at the Ingram Funeral Home, Marysville with the Rev. James Taylor officiating.  Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery.  A gathering of family and friends will be from 1:00pm until service time at 2:00pm

Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation in care of the funeral home.
