Greg Howard and I were a couple for 4 years. To our union,one child, Jeremi Oates was born. There are so many memories of him that i could share, but there is not enough space to write them.LOL.Some of my fondest memories werethe times we spent together during recess. We almost always spent our recess on the stair way next to Mrs. Stritzingers' class because she was my next class. When the bell rang, Greg would carry me on his back to Mrs. Stritzinger class and place me in my desk! He was so strong. When Jeremi was born in 1984, Greg forfiet college to get a job to take care of him. He was, hands down, one of the best fathers God ever created. He was loving and kind, very very attentive to my son, his only child. Greg never was keen on driving, so whenever he would keep Jeremi, he would carry him on his shoulder where ever they were going. Greg had only three years with his son but the time he put in with him was more than alot of men put in years. He was the love of my life. He was my friend.
Wow ....Bertha I neve knew u 2 dated and I never know greg had passed I guess most of us just lost touch after school ....but I hope we can all stay n touch more now that we have this site and fb..
hey Allen...yes! Greg and I were together during our junior and senior year of high school. Jeremi was born in 1984. Greg has been dead 23 years. He died Jan 6, 1988. he was just 22 yrs old. He was killed in house fire.
