Michele McClain married Wayne Burton on July 26, 1980. Michele and Wayne both died in a car accident October 27, 2000. They are survived by:
Chris Burton (stepson) and family
Megan Burton Masyga (daughter), her husband and their son Oliver
Kevin Burton (son) and his wife
