Skip Risley passed away on April 5, 2017 at Christiana Hospital in Delaware. Memorial Service will be held at Cornerstone United Methodist Church in Bear Delaware on Wednesday, April 12th at 11 am. Church is located at 3135 Summit Bridge Rd. Bear, DE 19701 Kass Risley
