Dear Class Mates, Steve died on October 1,2007 from a heart attack. He had one heart attack about ten years ago and had started having some problems again. He had his second stint put in just a couple of months before his fatal heart attack. I thought he was doing pretty good, so his death was quite a shock for me. Death is always a shock though no matter how it comes. Steve had become a Christian many years ago and had been ordained a Deacon in the church we were attending at that time. He went to WSU. for five years, but didn't get a degree because he took a lot of classes that he was interested in which didn't count toward his major. He throughly loved learning and was very intelligent. He was invited to join Mensa, but he declined the offer. Well, I could go on and on about our Navy days and this and that but will close for now. It is to my understanding that Steve passed away just before Christmas 2007.He was a great guy and will be missed.
