Carol Jane Hawkins, January 20, 1950 - December 9, 1972
Our friend Carol was active in the Language Club, was president of the Art Club, and was very active in the Thespians.
She became a Pan American airline hostess after school. She passed away in an unfortunate airplane crash.

I was living on Guam when the plane Carol was on went down. Didn't realize it was her until about a week later.
It was quite a shock to say the least. She was pretty quiet in school from the little I knew of her but still remember her like it was yesterday. We were in Choir together.
