Steve Forret

Steve Forret entered heaven on Monday, July 30, 2012, after a long battle with Multiple Myeloma.

He is the son of Lorraine Forret and the late F. Harold Forret of Adel, Iowa; big brother to his two sisters, Cindy and Beth; beloved husband of Mary De Voe Forret; devoted father of Kristen and Diana; buddy to his son-in-law, Tim; and the best Pop-Pop to his three grandchildren.

There are no formal funeral arrangements per his request.

However, he would be honored if you made a donation in lieu of flowers to: Leukemia, Lymphoma Society, In Care Of Kristen Forret, 355 88th Street, #6204, West Des Moines, IA 50266.

All friends and family members, according to Steve's wishes, are asked to "Pop a Cold One" and listen to one of his favorite songs: "Spirit In The Sky".
