Have been living in Seattle since graduating (UW) - did a short stint in San Francisco and then a longer stint in St. Petersburg, Russia - fun times.
Had some very good single years, very good.
Even better married years of which there's almost been 6 to date.
Husband and I met online - no joke.
He was in Peru, I was in Seattle - we met in Miami and were married 2 months later in low key court room wedding followed by bigger event in the Peruvian Andes.
Our daughter is a carbon copy of my husband and you have to wonder if we're even related.
I travel a lot - for work and fun. Peru at least once a year - Tokyo and Europe for work.
I was once fluent in Russian (need practice) and still learning Spanish.
I'm the professional in our family - keeping us in the green - but my husband is no slacker....currently racing the Nordic World Cup series in Czech Republic...on way to Olympic Gold...well at least Olympic competition.
Being a single mother is TOUGH (if for only a month).
Just livin' the life - white picket fence and all.....still believe there is more.....someday I'll find it.
