Hi, Donald. Are you and Gerald Gross brothers who lived on Ohio? I lived on Cherrylawn with my brother Tom. Gerry and I used to walk to Noble school together.
Hey, Gerry, how are you. Glad to see you on this list. What a surprise when I saw you live in Howell. I lived in Howell (703 West Grand River @ George St.) for 20 years and served on the city council for 8. I love that town. Tom lives nearby in Brighton. What have you been doing lately? Love to hear from you. My email is serendipetey@sbcglobal.net.
Donna died of pancreatic cancer in 1885 after successfully combating several years of clinical depression. The fictionalized story of her life as wife of Peter Pascaris (also Class of January, 1959) is told in Peter's novel Desert Lily (www.desertlilyanovel.com). The desert lily, a flower that lies dormant for as long as twenty years before blooming again, serves as a metaphor for her life.
