Michael Baghdoian, M.D. Obituary

Michael Baghdoian M.D., 80, of Grosse Ile, Michigan, passed on March 4, 2024. He was born in Detroit in 1943 to Antranik and Rosalie Baghdoian and wanted to be a doctor at a very young age and never wavered. Michael obtained his medical degree from the University of Michigan in 1968, following his graduation he served in the Army, training the Green Beret Medical Corps. He left the service as a Major and was devoted to serving the downriver community as an exceptional orthopedic surgeon over four decades. Michael is preceded in death by his wife Mary Lou and brother Andrew (Marie), and is survived by son Michael II, daughter Julie (Matthew), beloved life-partner Margaret and her son Gregory (Rebecca), brother Arthur, sister Mary, grandchildren Iris, Wolfgang, Veda, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
