Barry Charlip was truly a nice guy. He always had a smile, He had a great marriage with his high school sweatheart, Marilyn Pine. While he was a successfukl CPA, he never acted like a big shot. I used to see him at my Lawfirm's annual tax seminar for accountants and at all of our reunion happenings. I never heard Barry say an unkind word about anyone and he was aways ready to assist people in need. He was a mensch.
