My heart is heavy to hear of the passing of one of own Knight's...FRED JONES (1976)....FRED left this world, on a very special day...Sunday, April 20, 2014 / Resurrection or Easter Sunday. There is something about the peace of God, Fred has a relationship with God. He will be truly missed on earth....to the fitness world he left a tremendous legacy. Let us pray for the Jones family during this season.
