I taught school for 28 years and enjoyed my career very much, except maybe the last two years. Retired to northern Michigan, where I had wanted to live for many years. After moving to Boyne City, I worked in libraries for 10 years, both full and part time. Now I hang out in libraries, giving the staff a hard time.

Talking to Karen Etty the other night, I reminded her about Advanced Swim, III hour. We were so eager to jump in that pool! Teaching high school for many years I learned it isn't easy to get teen agers to do anything with much enthusiasm.
