Albert and I became best friends when he came to St. Emydius in 6th grade and we remained best friends right up to his death this year. We had traveled together as buddies and as fathers with families to Hawaii. Went to Dodger and Angel games, world series games, USC v Notre Dame games, skiing, annual 4th of July parties, our kids graduations, our marriages etc. etc. He was truly and great soul and an wonderful man, husband and father as well as the best friend a person could be lucky to have for so long but unlucky not to have longer. ! I miss him deeply.
