Judy Kramer Remsburg
Judy K. Remsburg, 77, of Clermont, Florida, formerly of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2025, at Inspired Living Memory Care in Ocoee, Florida.
Judy was born May 2, 1948, in Dubuque, Iowa, daughter of Clarence and Lenore Kramer. She graduated from Wahlert High School with the class of 1966. On October 20, 1973, she was united in marriage to Roger Remsburg at St. Anthony Church in Dubuque, Iowa.
Judy dedicated 36 years to Mercy Hospital in Dubuque, where she worked in the medical records department and as an administrative secretary to the nursing department. After retiring, Judy continued to give back by volunteering at the Mercy Hospital gift shop for 10 years. She found great joy in helping visitors select the perfect gift for their loved ones, and the connections she made there brought her much happiness.
Judy loved to meet up with friends to eat and go dancing. She loved listening to music and attending music concerts. Traveling domestically and internationally brought her many memories and enriched her life. She enjoyed her winters exploring Florida after retiring.
To be close to her son’s family, Judy and Roger relocated to Florida in 2018. She cherished time spent with her family sharing stories and hearing about school adventures from her grandchildren. Her warm presence, gentle humor, and generous spirit made every gathering special.
She is survived by her husband, Roger Remsburg, of Clermont, Florida; her son Craig (Leslee) Remsburg of Winter Garden, Florida; her grandchildren Ray and Callie Remsburg; and three siblings, Vicki (Joe) Danner, Billie Kramer, and David Kramer, all of Dubuque, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Lenore Kramer, and her siblings, John Kramer and Clyde Kramer.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Judy's honor to support Alzheimer's research and care. Contributions may be sent to the Judy Remsburg Memorial Fund, c/o DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory, 1400 Matthew Paris Blvd., Ocoee, Florida 34761.

Judy was a very kind person, with a warm smile, and a caring attitude. We easily became friends, and I'm sad to see the notice of her passing. Rest in Peace, old friend...
