Elmer Timmerman

Elmer E. Timmerman, 50, of Kieler, WI died September 12, 1999 at home.  He was born on September 15, 1948, in Cuba City, WI, son of Clarence and Rosalyn Timmerman.  He married Karen Brandt on January 6, 1968 at Immaculate Conception Church, Kieler.

Elmer retired from farming in 1994 and was currently working at Wisconsin Woodworks, Kieler.  He was a lifelong member of Immaculate Conception Church, the Catholic Knights and the Holy Name Society.  He served on the town of Jamestown town board for 16 years, and was a 20-year veteran of the Jamestown Volunteer Fire Department.

Surviving are his wife, Karen; three daughters, Laura (Ron) Slaats, Tammy (Bob) Brand and Molly Timmerman (fiancé, Brian Lucey), all of Kieler; four grandchildren; a sister, Dorothy (Richard) Schmaltz, of Dubuque, and three brothers, Tom (Elaine) Timmerman of Hazel Green, WI, Joe (Geri) Timmerman, of Dickeyville, WI, and Pete (Joyce) Timmerman, of Dubuque.  He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Timmerman, a niece Renee Timmerman; and his mother-in-law Elaine Brandt.
