Jeanne Elder (Scammell) Geier, 62, of Brooklyn Center passed away peacefully March 4, 2008 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Duluth, on Aug, 8, 1945. Employed by North Memorial Occupational Health. Preceded in death by her mother, Lucille; and step father, Clifford Thorson; father, Thomas Scammell; and first husband, Bruce Elder. Survived by husband, Denis Geier; sons, Thomas (Jodi) Elder, Jeffrey Elder; daughters, Jill Nitke-Scott and Bridgette Scott; stepsons, Tony (Ann) Geier, Andrew (Vicki) Geier; stepdaughter, Molly (John) Hall; nine grandchildren, Ally, Grace, Katy, Ashley, Sydney, Owen, Kaylee, Jenna, and Joey; sister, Kathleen (Tom) Banzhof; also many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends; and her beloved dog, Tinker
