Colette, I haven't seen Ray in 25 years! He was a good kid, do you ever talk to him? and Peter who? Thanks again for sharing those pictures.

Jon Pinto

Thanks for looking everyone.

Is that the same Ray that lived around the corner from me?? He was a good kid. What happened to him and his sister? My brother used to be good friends with her.

Colette Moloney (Mackin)

Sorry guys but I didn't get to talk to Ray that night.

That is Peter Canavan from my class. I believe George had a crush on one of his sisters, Theresa or was it Deloris?? lol

Yes Colette you are correct, he had/has a crush on his sister. I am starting to think George had a crush on many a girl from those days, maybe even a teacher. Jon, I think he (Ray) did live near you.

I just happen to see this on our HS website. Ray Tolentino now lives in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.

We (the Pinto's) are staying home in the south this year again. We are thinking of heading north next year tho.

Giancarlo Taliente

Hey everyone. We are in Houston this year. Next year in Mexico with my inlaws. We just moved in to our house. Our stuff finally made it to Houston, 6 weeks after they packed. Not much damage, thank God.

Brian Pfeufer

Glad to hear you finally got everything Giancarlo. Good luck unpacking everything.

12/10/08 09:29 AM #503

Jon Pinto

Did the movers pack your murse or did you do that yourself Giancarlo?

12/11/08 08:16 AM #504

Brian Pfeufer

I am sure he did that himself, he wouldn't let anyone touch that murse. They may loose his lipstick or change purse.

I posted a timeline of 1983 on the link of the homepage. The one I liked was compact discs are first released in 83. Jon, how many times did we ride our bikes to the Bergenfield Music store to buy cassettes for you? It was the end of an era for us!

I have also added the link for George and Jon's blogs and a history timeline with some video's from that time.

Anything else people want to see?

October 1983 - George gets first kiss (it was also from a Cabbage Patch kid) while listening to "Total Eclipse of the Heart".

I have the final MASH episode on the list and Star Wars George!

I click on the link I posted and it goes to your blog, which by the way, hasn't been updated in FOREVER!

George, do you still have those jelly shoes?

12/15/08 04:14 PM #511

Jon Pinto

When did I EVER say "I'm gonna ralph"???

You, Vinnie, Pud, and even 'Carlo puked more than I ever did.

12/15/08 07:20 PM #512

Brian Pfeufer

Whatever PINTO. Or should I say "PUKER PINTO"!

George had his jelly shoes. Jon had his feathered hair, pastel shirt, members only jacket, wig-wam clad feet, crammed into a pair of cappazzio's, swatch on his wrist and parachute pants. Drinking a wine cooler than "ralphing" in the can.

12/16/08 09:06 AM #513

Jon Pinto

Was I stylin' or WHAT!? I don't deny any of that except the "ralphing".

...and you should talk. At least I never barfed out my dentures and ram my arm into the toilet to retrieve it after flushing like someone I know.

12/16/08 12:21 PM #514

Brian Pfeufer

Yeah, you were SOMETHING!

12/16/08 09:28 PM #515

Brian Pfeufer

Mrs.Slack, what's going on? How is school going? I didn't get to talk to you enough at the reunion. Do you like teaching younger kids? I know you had a good learning experience with the likes of Jon, Giancarlo and George. Do you remember George wearing jelly shoes? Did you know George is a sailor now?

12/17/08 12:10 PM #516

George Ojeda

Umm...Brian, YOU were the wig-wam 'ho, so-much-so that I think you were BORN with a pair on your feet.

Where the hell did you get that 80s sayings list? Gotta motor? Grody? Mint? NO one in our class ever used those expressions. LOL!

WTF is Grody?

12/18/08 09:16 AM #517

Brian Pfeufer

C'mon George, you must have heard that while your big feet were hanging out of your jelly shoes. Example - George's big feet look so "grody" in those jelly shoes. Not all of them from the list are early 80's sayings. It says "80's sayings", it cover the decade, why are you not on the ship George?
