Nancy Vitito Wilkey Gray, ex-wife of beloved classmate David R. Wilkey, wishes to inform the class that David passed away in his sleep on November 15, 2024, in Saluda, S.C.
David was on the DHS football and track teams, and was a member of the Key Club. He went on to graduate from Florida State University, becoming a U.S. Air Force officer. He retired from the USAF as a captain. We salute his legacy and appreciate his dedicated service to the U.S.A.
Our condolences go out to David’s family and friends. He will be missed by all.
