We’re sad to share that web site guest member Carol Sherry (Haney), also known as “Korki,” passed away June 4, 2024. She’s survived by her husband, Rhett E Haney; her daughter, Carollynn (Skeeter); her sons Misha and Rhett Jr.; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Carol was born in New Jersey but grew up on Clearwater Beach. She knew many Dunedin mates from her Safety Harbor Jr. High School days. Korki  then attended Clearwater High School and played drums in the marching band. Korki was a sensitive and thoughtful person, and was most known for her happy personality, her love of her family, and sharing her mini picture books while telling stories to anyone who would listen.

A Celebration of Life for Korki was held July 20th, 2024, at Howard Park in Tarpon Springs.
