CELEBRATING THE BEST 50TH REUNION EVER!
To say that the reunion weekend could not have gone better is an understatement! The weather was perfect, the venues and decorations were ideal and the food was delicious. However, the best part of the events were the handshakes, hugs, laughter, and remembrances that were witnessed throughout each gathering! That sense of friendship and loyalty is exactly why the reunion committee worked so hard to reach out to as many ’71 and ’72 classmates as possible.
Thank you to all of you who made a Patriot effort to come from out of town and state - California, Idaho, Illinois, Colorado, New Mexico, New York, North and South Carolinas, Florida, and Alabama. To battle Atlanta’s traffic requires quite a bit of bravery! We hope you enjoyed seeing how Dunwoody has changed and that perhaps your high school home is even still standing! Odds are that families living in your old neighborhood are very proud of the security and community in which they are raising their children. Sound familiar?
If you have gone on our Facebook page, CelebratePHS'71and'72, you have seen many wonderful photos of our near perfect weekend. Please feel free to post your own photos so that we all can see them!
Finally, the plan is to have the website accessible for at least a couple of months. That will allow communication between classmates and postings of photographs. The reunion committee has a bit of money leftover to pay for an advertisement free website. If you would like to contribute to the website upkeep, please see the information below to make donations.
