Mark A. Moras, 41, of 1164 Longmeadow St. died at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. He was a mortgage consultant for Assurance Mortgage Corp. of West Springfield from 1996. He worked previously for Classic Builders & Remodelers of Springfield for 10 years, and was a supervisor at Milton Bradley Co. of East Longmeadow for 10 years. Born in Springfield, he was raised and schooled in East Longmeadow, and lived in Springfield for 10 years. He moved here four years ago. He was a graduate of East Longmeadow High School and the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. He leaves his parents, Donald R. and Muriel M. (Martel) of East Longmeadow; a friend, Michael A. Gentile of Longmeadow; two brothers, David R. of Jamaica, British West Indies, and Robert D. of Windsor, Conn.; four sisters, Linda M. Zanarini of Springfield, Susan E. O'Connor of Tarpon Springs, Fla., Maureen M. Hamel of Westfield, and Christine M. Moras of Orlando, Fla.; nephews and nieces. The funeral will be Thursday morning at Forastiere-Smith Funeral Home of East Longmeadow and the church, with the burial at Hillcrest Park Cemetery in Springfield. The calling hours are this afternoon and evening, and memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, 01104.
