Lin was a good student both in high school and again at Jewish hospital school of nursing. We had many classes together and she was always so kind. She was a very good leader as well. She has been missed for some time now after a long battle with cancer.
Lynn, was my best friend from Lansdowne until the date she passed away on Sept. 2008. We remained best friends all through our lives and I shared so many life experiences with her including her corrage through her fight against cancer. She remained on chemo from diagnosis until she passed away. She was carrying a very heavy burden but always was worrying about others - especially her children, and grand children. She often commented about her concern that her grandchildren would never remember her since they were so young - that really bothered her. She was extremely close to my mother - she referred to her as her second mom. Even today, I find it very unbelievable that she is gone. I miss her so very much.
Lynn was a wonderful friend. We met in the summer of 58 and were friends until her death. We only lived near each other for 5or6 months then I moved to Texas, but we kept in touch with Xmas card and the occasional phone call and in 83 I visited at her home with my family and hers.
After she was diagnosed wht cancer I waited every year for her Xmas card and when I didn't get the last I knew she was gone. She was a lovely lady.
