Michael Adam Posted: Wednesday, March 27, 2013 12:00 am Michael Eugene Adam, age 44, of Pigeon Forge, TN, passed away peacefully at LeConte Medical Center on Wednesday, March 20, 2013, from complications of diabetes. He was born October 9, 1968 to Jerry and Anita Adam. He graduated from Memorial Senior High in 1986. He accepted the Lord as his savior at a young age and was a faithful member of Gum Stand Baptist Church in Pigeon Forge. Michael was a good cook and worked as an executive chief in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, TN area. He loved the mountains and enjoyed hiking or just setting and looking at the views. Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul Adam, Olga Adam of Eau Claire and Elmo Steuby, Nell Bolick of Tacoma, WA. Survivors include his children, Michael Adam of Menomonie, WI, Tiffany Adam of Eau Claire, Richard Adam of Columbus, GA.; his parents, Jerry and Anita Adam of Tuscaloosa, AL; brothers, Richard (Chrissy) Adam of Eau Claire and Steven (Terri) Adam of Lumber Bridge, NC; aunt and uncle, Jean and Frank Taylor of Tacoma, WA. Funeral arrangements by Magnolia Funeral Chapel, 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 30, 2013, at Circlewood Baptist Church, Tuscaloosa, AL. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Michael's name to Circlewood Baptist Church, 2201 Loop Road, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405. Michael is now free of pain and is safely "home" resting in the arms of his Heavenly Father. We will miss and love you forever. One day we will be together again. Our loss is heaven's gain. You're gone but never forgotten.
