Brian "Tiny" Hagstrom attended the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks with the intention of becoming a pilot. He was killed March 17, 1982 in a car accident while attending school there. Tiny was a wonderful guy who loved music and a good laugh, and had a very caring heart.

I had moved away after 5th grade and returned for 12th grade. Brian was someone who I was able to reconnect with after my return. I moved out of state after college. When I returned for my first class reunion, Brian was one of the people I had wanted to track down and get caught up with. It was a shock that evening to see in the program that he had passed away. Brian truly was a nice person.
