Edina/ Man found dead at mall parking lot 

The body of a 35-year-old Edina man who was reported missing by his family after he left to go shopping Wednesday was found in the parking lot of Southdale shopping center early Thursday. 

Edina police discovered Richard Aronson's body in his wheelchair in his van shortly before 5 a.m. 

The Hennepin County medical examiner ruled that Aronson, who was a quadriplegic following a ski accident 13 years ago, died of asphyxiation after he fell partly out of his wheelchair and was unable to right himself.
