Eileen Agnes Myers-Burns

May 01, 1964 - July 12, 2016

On this beautiful summer morning, July 12, 2016, the good lord above took another wonderful sister, mother, and wife, Eileen Agnes Myers-Burns, from this Earth to be with him above in Heaven. Eileen was born on May 1, 1964, in Oklahoma City to Joe and Eileen Myers. She was raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. After graduating from Edmond Memorial High School, she went to Francis Tuttle Vo-Tech studying accounting and book keeping. Eileen worked in the accounting field for several years before becoming a housewife and mother. 

Eileen left behind a husband, Jessie Cleve Burns and daughter, Hannah Faith Myers-Burns, both from Guthrie, Oklahoma, also a step son Jessie Burns III. Eileen left behind her father Joe Myers from Crescent, Oklahoma, two sisters Virginia Joleen Palmer (Glenn) and Shannon Dunn (JimBob) all from Crescent, Oklahoma and a brother Joey Myers (LaNisa), also her mother in law, Gertie Burns and numerous nieces, nephews, uncle, aunts and cousins. Eileen was preceded in death by her mother Eileen Shannon Myers from Crescent, Oklahoma, Grandfather William Leslie Shannon, Grandmother Iona Shannon, both from Mason Oklahoma, also Grandmother Oma Myers, and Grandfather Ruie Myers from Wetumka, Oklahoma. Eileen will be missed by all who knew her. She was a loving and caring mother to Hannah and loving and devoted wife to Jessie. 

Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, July 18, 2016 at the Oakview Cemetery in Lovell, Oklahoma with Chaplain Jeff Baker officiating. Services are under the direction of 
Abernathy Aaron Funeral Home in Crescent.
