I knew Alan from Sunset Elementary mostly. He was a down to earth kid and proudly country. I recall that his death was a mysterious and tragic event. Way too young to leave.
Alan was one of my closest cousins. His sister and I were always together doing something. It was such a hard loss for our family when we lost him and his youngest sister. I can remember going to the lake and having such a great time with all the cousins. He was great on the skie's. He could barefoot ski and that just always blew me away. He was a super guy and we all miss them alot. Cheryl (Glasgow) Mason
