What do you like to do in your spare time?
I’m the drummer for the 18 piece big band, “Talk of the Town.” My son and I are the co-principals of More…the percussion section for the Oklahoma Community Orchestra. I’m also an Extra Class Amateur Radio Operator, call sign-KG5UK.
Married to Barbara (Elder) Kiespert since 1979. We have one son and two granddaughters that are 5 and 3 years old.
What have been the high points of your life since high school?
I retired from a 40 year career with the United States Postal Service having been a Rural Mail Carrier, a Driving Safety Instructor and a Safety Specialist.
