I don't think I will make it this Friday but I am really looking forward to seeing you all during the reunion! I was fortunate to have a few hours that night! Although, I was hoping to see the rest of the gang but the time I had was so much fun. You're right Chris, had to get back to my kids, especially my two month old, he misses his mamma! Now as far as this breakdancing, I'm sure we were Gee. No wonder Cameron (my eldest) loves her converse so much ! And they are pink!. I have to tell you though, I don't even remember what I did yesterday! I'm not so sure I want to be reminded. Rene, I really was there in spirit, I didn't want to leave, right Lori?!

07/14/08 10:43 PM #664     Toni Montoya Jose - The place we went to after Aceitunas is called "The Riviera" its a mexican restaurant during the day and I guess a bar at night. It was a pretty cool place. FYI: I had to take a 2 tylenol's the morning after. Does anyone know why we can't view "Prior Post" now? Lorena & I got ahold of Hugo Nevarez he will be logging in soon. We told him about the reunion and he is going to try to make it.

Tony, two Tylenols where the least I needed. I dont know if you remember but I finished Aceitunas bottle of what I was drinking!! Again, I had not done that in years and it hurt just like it.

You did drink alot and it probably took a bottle of tylenol and probably some medudo or something to get rid of it or better yet the rest of your stay but HELL you enjoyed yourself so that is even better. Toni, girl we had a blast and the riviera was cool it had breathing room for all of us yet the price of drinks went up once we left aceitunas, oh well. Gee, girl you crack me up with some of the stuff you have posted and on your profile. you must kill them in SA. lol get it SA? say it fast, i know i'm corny, its all good. We gotta hear more of your stuff. Grace, are you coming? I saw your name on attendees? I would love that.

I sware one of these days I will get out to see you play in SF... but I have a feeling I might see you play first in EP! Christine, ahhh Menudo and a hangover there is a thought. Now im hungry... because of this forum I now crave chicos and menudo! Hope everyone is well. Looks like I will probably still be going to EP for reunion afterall. It sounds like you all are getting pretty warmed up at all your pre-reunion parties! Don't tire yourselves out too much : )

My little one, Gavin, is actually a really good baby. He wakes me up once a night, it could be a lot worst!

Glad you were able to make arrangements to make it afterall. We look forward to seeing you next month....dang already. As far as wearing ourselves out i think that can only happen if we do it the thursday prior and i think we all want to save it up to see each and everyone of you guys here. I can't wait.

Chris (KID), that Friday morning I just went to the hotel pool and tried to drown to feel better!! The menudo was nowhere to be found being that it was not Saturday or Sunday AM. Rik, when did we do Whitesnake?? I remember Dokken, Scorpions, and Krokus. LOL, I swear I still cant believe I did that. I speak for myself mind you. You, Toby, Tury, Mike, and Billy where the ones with talent.

07/15/08 02:33 PM #673     Rik Avalos Joe, you're too hard on yourself... you had a ton of talent, it was just a situation where we all didn't know much about our instruments and were playing some of the hardest music around... LOL I mean Jesus! Think about it... every song was way up there on the vocals, and each guitarist was a hero of sorts (Lynch, Van Halen, Warren De Martini). I'm surprised we even got a band together considering none of us had any experience playing prior to that. I think Toby and I just unwrapped our guitars and started playing... LOL I played "Here I go Again" with Ronnie and Mike during the end of our Senior year. We tried to put a band together, but it wasn't in the cards. I ended up playing with Ronnie Escandon, Billy Becerra, myself and a guy named Brandon Bently from Eastwood for most of the senior year. Brandon "really" couldn't sing, but let me tell you... now he's a brilliant singer. Believe me Joe, you had ability and I'll bet you can probably sing well now. Rik
