Glenda Gayle Sealy Mathews was a college student. She was very athletic and
participated in many sports during the high school years. She worked at the
Northeast YMCA in El Paso, Tx.

Gayle was active in her church and had many friends.

Gayle and her husband, Carl, were murdered on August 24, 1990.  Their killer was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to life.
