OK FOLKS, IT'S OFFICIAL.
I have finally secured the days off and the Halloween party is 100% on. I have been mowing over some times and have come up with this idea.
I don't know if it will already be cold that day. I had initially thought about getting a jumping balloon but figured it will be too cold and also kids will be in costumes.. My plan is to start the party about 3:00 so the kids can get in some party time. Any adults wanting to leave the kids at home may start showing up around 7:00 pm where im sure some of the kids will be headed home by then. (Not that I'm expecting lots of kids anyway) I'll fire up the margarita machines around 7:30 and get the discada going. Plan on doing hot dogs and chips for the kids. I have a decent sized home so plenty should fit inside, I'll set up some tables in the garage and also plan to put some tables in the yard to have plenty of space, so bring your sweaters. Of course it is BYOB and it will be more fun with creative costumes. Anyone who can help with side dish or finger foods is welcome to bring it on. I will have plenty of music and may possibly set up my disco (PARTY PRO'S DISCO, AVAILABLE FOR ALL OCCASSIONS) depending on what you all think. Otherwise, I have speakers throughout the house and yard that will be pumping out music. Of course dancing is allowed, just not on the dining room table. The breakfast nook table is available for that..plus it has more head room.. Costume contest will be held.. So, those with kids, please bring them along, those without, please come along with the confidence that you will be properly cared for.. he he.. Any other ideas are welcome and anyone who wants to help me out is also welcome. the more the merrier and the more ideas, the more fun we will have.
