Wayne Dae “Buster” Cryer, II
Funeral services for Wayne Dae “Buster” Cryer, II, 33, of Otis will be held
today at 4 p.m. at the Hineston Tabernacle with Rev. Sonny Murphy officiating.
Burial will follow at the Camp Eight Cemetery in Otis under the direction of
the Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville. Mr. Cryer passed away Saturday,
April 15, 2006, at the St. Luke Hospital in Houston. He was born Feb. 7, 1973,
in Alexandria and was a lifelong resident of Otis. He was a carpenter.
He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Dae Cryer, Sr.; one sister,
Brandi Stokes of Otis; grandmother, Mickie Perkins of Leesville; and great-
grandmothers, Edna Willis of Rosepine and Rubie Cryer of Alexandria.
