KAPP, James A. Jr. Passed away peacefully beside loved ones on March 28th at Largo Medical Center in Largo, Florida. James was born on June 19, 1951 in Elmira, New York. He graduated from Southside High School and continued his education at Syracuse University obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Forestry. He was an avid sportsman and loved fishing, hiking, and camping. Jim worked as IT Manager for Vicorp Inc. in Denver, CO, where he furthered his education at Regis College obtaining his Master's degree in Technology and Systems Engineering. Jim received the Charles Babbage Award for top IT student of his class. Jim was predeceased by his parents, James A. Kapp Sr. and Shirley Ostrander Kapp. He is survived by the joy of his life, his loving daughter, Laura; as well as sister, Mary Kay Rutan (Tom), brother, Gary Kapp (Sues), sister, Diane Yungstrom (Eric), sister, Jean Wise (Doug Wicks), many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles including Richard Kapp of Elmira. Family has made arrangements with McDonald's Funeral Home in Tampa, Florida.
