Tolbert, Barbara J. Age 50, Born March 13, 1957, passed away unexpectedly Friday, July 20, 2001. She was predeceased by her father Herbert G. Tolbert in September 1996 and her mother Phyllis J. Tolbert in March 1998. Barbara is survived by her son, Gerald M. Tolbert, her sister and brother-in-law Patricia A. and Thomas J. Kohout, Sr., sister Pamela M. Decker, nieces Kimberly M. Esposito and Summer F. Cook, nephew Thomas J. Kohout, Jr., and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. At the request of the family there will be no calling hours. Barbara will be cremated at the South Port Crematorium, Inc. Arrangements are under the direction of the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY.
