The son of Glenn and Josephine Misuraca Cokely. He was a graduate of Corning Community College and graduated Magna Cum Laude for Le Moyne College and Received his Law Degree from Syracuse University. He was an Attorney in Elmira and is survived by his wife, Jane Gillman Cokely; daughter, Nicole Cokely; step- daughter Jane Kellogg Opra of Syracuse, NY step-son; Russell Kellogg of VanEtten, NY father and step-mother, Glen and Wilma Cokely mother, Josephine Missuraca Tasher of Syracuse NY. Grandmothers, Julia Misuraca and Pearl Cokely, both of Elmira Heights, NY. half-brother, Micheal Misuraca of Syracuse, NY step-sisters, Carol Dennison of Elmira Heights, Ellen Gates of Gillett, PA and Elaine Tenny of Horseheads, NY; step-brothers, Wesley Jones and Joe Jones both of Elmira Heights, NY several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
