Age 62 of Elmira Heights passed away, Tuesday, May 21, 2013, following declining health. Born on March 16, 1951, in Elmira, Jerry was the son of John and Ruby Wood Tice. He was the proprietor of Litany Research, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Jerry enjoyed gardening, cooking, and good debate between friends.
Surviving is his loving family: wife, Connie Austin; children, Jamie Tice and Ashley (Robert) Randolph; mother, Ruby G. Tice; siblings, Joan (James) Lee, Joyce (Timothy) Thomas, Jeannine (David) Fife, and Janice (Dale) Ball; nieces and nephews, Kristina, Kenneth, Sarah Beth, Jeremy, Evan, David, Michael, Matthew and Brian. Jerry is also survived by the best, most wonderful canine companion, Sable.
Jerry was predeceased by his father, John Tice, in 2012.
The family expresses great appreciation to the staff at the Arnot-Ogden Medical Center Dialysis Unit for their care and love through Jerry's illness. All services will be handled privately at the family's convenience.
